Job summary

AAF International is seeking a detail-oriented sales support specialist to manage quotes and orders for containment and filtration products. You will assist customers, prepare accurate quotations, and ensure orders meet specifications.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and computer skills, with travel to end users and job sites as needed. Proficiency with ERPLX and Microsoft Office is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; four-year degree preferred.
• Basic math skills are necessary to calculate prices and discounts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required; able to present information to non-technical audiences.
• Strong sales and customer service ability required.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and ERPLX to access product information and histories.

Responsibilities

• Receive requests for quotes and orders by telephone or in writing for containment and filtration products.
• Write and compile customer quotes with drawings, specifications, parts lists, etc.
• Write up orders and verify accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Educate customers about filter products and lead times; assist in design and selection.
• Attend technical conferences and utilize ERPLX to access product information and histories.
