Job summary

Total Filtration Services, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented customer service professional to support field sales and ensure accurate order processing in a fast‑paced industrial distribution environment.

You will enter customer orders in the ERP system (Cloud Suite Distribution), assist with quotes, monitor order status, and collaborate with purchasing and other departments to deliver exemplary service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and quotes into ERP system (Cloud Suite Distribution).
• Provide support for field sales via quoting, order entry, and order statuses; assist with new part setups and sourcing requests.
• Proactively identify issues and provide solutions; seek cost savings and process improvements.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and collaborate with departments to ensure exemplary service.
