Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally; provide accurate quotes based on requirements.
• Serve as frontline representative to Rensa Filtration customers handling calls, emails, and orders with urgency.
• Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system ensuring timely processing; coordinate with production, inventory and shipping teams.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge base documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process or service improvements to leadership.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.
