Job summary

Parker Hannifin's Services & Support Operations Division in Irvine, CA is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to maintain customer satisfaction, manage service and spare parts quotes, and coordinate with internal teams.

You will handle account inquiries, monitor orders and warranties, prepare proposals, and ensure accurate data entry while upholding confidentiality and delivering courteous, proactive support to aerospace customers.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience in contracts or business administration that has provided both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field.
• Experience with CRM platforms and Salesforce is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Administers customer accounts by reviewing service and/or spare product requirements to existing terms and conditions of purchase orders or maintenance agreements.
• Establishes and maintains customer relationships through courteous and efficient servicing of customer requests.
• Prepares and submits correspondence in response to customer requests. Maintains an appropriate level of confidentiality with regard to customer and company matters.
• Responds to requests for quotations in a timely manner and coordinates with price estimating; reviews pricing for reasonableness and handles customer questions.
• Coordinates with various functions of the company on customer issues and prioritizes requests and lead-times.
• Monitors delivery status and provides status reports to customers by gathering data and following up with the customer.
