Parker Aerospace is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new opportunities and expand the division's reach globally. You will align with Marketing to identify growth areas, build customer relationships, and lead cross-functional efforts across divisions to deliver innovative products and services.
The role emphasizes strategic planning, market analysis, and building alliances with customers to unlock new business.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA desired.
- Demonstrated ability for ten or more years of increasingly responsible experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of marketing and business development principles, products, and policies.
- Knowledge of government and industrial procurement regulations and practices.
- Ability to translate customer desires into strategies and develop solutions.

- Develops strategic and tactical plans with Marketing to obtain short and long-term objectives.
- Conducts competitive research and sets goals for products and systems.
- Serves as liaison with customers and marketing to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Develops and maintains relationships to identify future market needs and opportunities.
- Identifies opportunities by studying competitors and market trends.
- Represents the company on projects and may lead cross-functional teams.
