Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Product Line Manager I to direct a defined product portfolio across regions. You will drive strategy, roadmap, pricing and channel decisions, while coordinating with engineering, supply chain, sales and production to meet business goals and customer needs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop new product propositions and manage the lifecycle from conception through end-of-life, contributing to Parker’s mission of engineering breakthroughs and competitive

Qualifications

• Four-year degree, preferably in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Business; MBA desired.
• Minimum six (6) years product management experience.
• Minimum four (4) years of managerial/leadership experience managing product portfolios.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Applications, Salesforce).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities using problem solving and teamwork.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and margin expansion for a defined portfolio of products.
• Monitor sales and margins and take corrective actions.
• Develop and manage the product portfolio strategy.
• Lead multi-generational product roadmap development.
• Support new product development and government/regulatory standards.
• Own the product life cycle and portfolio management.
