Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and assist with home improvement needs in-store. You will help locate products, load merchandise when needed, and ensure customers have a smooth shopping experience.

The role supports various departments and offers part-time hours with flexible schedules. Training and growth opportunities are available within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for input/output tasks.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smart phones, tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic are required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet expectations.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service delivery.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
