Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure their needs are met while shopping at Lowe's. You will engage with customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and support various departments as needed.

The role offers flexible scheduling options, daily interactions with customers, and the potential to grow within a large retailer committed to community support and employee development.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise by monitoring shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer expectations.
• Cross-train in other areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
