Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate in our store. You will warmly welcome customers, help them locate products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

This role involves assisting in multiple departments, stocking shelves, and processing orders with accuracy. The position is part-time with a focus on flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth and training, including the Track to the Trades program.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic software.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Assist in department setup based on customer needs.
