Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to warmly welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement needs. You will assist, load and organize merchandise, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the shopping journey.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and perform job duties.
• Minimum lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
