Job summary

The role spans multiple departments, offering opportunities to learn trade skills via our Track to the Trades program. Part-time position with benefits and flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer and basic arithmetic.
• Familiarity with retail tech like smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select products across departments.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt of merchandise.
• Cross-train in other store areas to assist in peak times.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting, wood handling).
• Assist customers through checkout and shopping journey.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
