What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• This position is scheduled is 10am-7pm Monday-Friday
• Schedule service calls and record important details accurately
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Deliver world-class customer service and meet satisfaction goals
• Maintain accurate job notes and database recordsManage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Provide timely feedback to management
• Build productive relationships with customers and coworkers

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of computers and software applications
