Job summary

Best Friends Pet Care is seeking a Customer Service Representative to welcome and assist our human and pet guests. You will answer inquiries, schedule visits, and help maintain a clean, organized facility in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a genuine love for animals, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role involves light lifting and interaction with pets and disinfectants as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of professional animal experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds or more and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with cleaning/sanitation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Main lobby operations – check-ins, check-outs, guest visits and tours; answer general questions.
• Answering and handling calls in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Schedule appointments and activities.
• File maintenance and data entry.

Our Customer Service Representatives are passionate animal lovers who provide our human and pet guests with “wow” service. Our CSRs are our first points of contact with our guests and are focused on building great relationships.
