Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our pet care facility. You will greet human and animal guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, answer calls, schedule visits, and help maintain a clean, safe environment.

The ideal candidate loves animals, can lift 40+ pounds, work evenings and weekends, and perform data entry on a computer in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of professional animal experience.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Lift 40 pounds or more; stand for eight hours.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on a computer system.

Responsibilities

• Main lobby operations – check-ins, check-outs, guest visits and tours, answering questions.
• Answering and handling calls in a professional manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the facility.
• Scheduling and file/data entry tasks.
• Escort pets to and from their rooms and assist guests.
