Job summary

Best-Friends-Pet-Care-Inc seeks passionate Customer Service Representatives to greet human and pet guests, manage lobby operations, and provide outstanding service. You will be a key first contact in a nationwide, employee-owned company and help build strong guest relationships.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with animals, can handle evenings, weekends, and holidays, and are able to lift up to 40 pounds in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in data entry and

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of professional animal experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Main lobby operations – check-ins, check-outs, guest visits and tours.
• Answering and handling calls in a professional manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of facilities and work areas.
• Scheduling tasks and coordinating appointments/reservations.
• File maintenance and data entry.
• Escort pets to and from their rooms and accompany guests.
