Job summary

Best Friends Pet Care is seeking a dedicated team member to support lobby operations and guest service in our pet-care facilities. This role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, efficient check-ins/check-outs, and a clean, welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, including phone handling and scheduling. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Computer skills and timekeeping required.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours.
