Role Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping with policy needs, resolving concerns, and delivering a high-quality service experience. This role is service‑first with opportunities to contribute to agency growth by identifying coverage needs and pivoting conversations into in‑book sales when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders through phone, email, and in‑office interactions.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate policy information.
• Assist with policy changes, billing questions, endorsements, and account updates.
• Support customers through claims‑related questions and follow up as needed.
• Build strong relationships that support retention and long‑term customer loyalty.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen coverage and pivot conversations into in‑book sales when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow‑up activities.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a consistent, positive customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with agency standards and regulatory requirements.

Licensing Requirements

• Property & Casualty license obtained prior to Day 1 (full support provided).
• Life & Health license obtained within 90 days of start date.
