Position Overview

Over the last 16 yrs our Agency has grown to serve over 6000 local households that we proudly consider our State Farm Family! In your role as a Customer Service Representative, you will help these customers adjust their insurance plans to meet the changing demands of their lives. You will personalize your recommendations and connect with those we serve to make them feel valued and appreciated. Our service is what differentiates us from our competitors, and you will be responsible for making it remarkable!

Typical Day

In the life of a Customer Service Representative at our Agency could include the following: assisting a family with insurance for their new home; helping a customer file a claim after an accident; providing a quote for a new vehicle they are considering purchasing; recommending options to cover unmet needs; taking the confusion out of a complex bill and simplifying it so the customer understands their pricing.
