Job summary

Jim Lindahl in Minnesota is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a State Farm Agent’s team and deliver outstanding service while building strong client relationships. You will respond to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing; guide customers through options with a needs-based approach; and help drive agency growth with a positive, proactive attitude.

Remote work may be available based on experience.
