Our State Farm agency in Staten Island is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide a high level of service to our customers.

No previous insurance experience is required. We are looking for someone who communicates well, stays organized, enjoys helping people, and is willing to learn. We provide hands‑on training and support to help you obtain the required insurance licenses.

This is a strong opportunity to build a long‑term career in customer service, insurance, account management, or sales.

What You’ll Do

• Answer customer phone calls, texts, and emails
• Assist with billing, policy, and account questions
