Position Overview

Successful State Farm Insurance Agent located in Valhalla NY is seeking an outgoing, career‑oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Marc Tedaldi, you will build and develop customer relationships to promote and service State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, providing documents, claim submissions, payments and billing clarification.
• Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
