• Be the first voice clients hear and the first face they see — set the tone for the entire experience
• Answer high-volume inbound calls with warmth and professionalism
• Greet walk-in clients with the hospitality that built our reputation
• Support our licensed team with client requests and documentation
• Learn our systems, products, and what makes CMRInsurance different
• Assist with outbound client outreach and follow-up
