Job summary

Jeff Sawyer State Farm is seeking a licensed or license-ready Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team in the Bucks County area. The role focuses on servicing existing customers, handling policy questions, billing, renewals, and account updates, and supporting claims-related inquiries.

Ideal candidates are licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health or willing to complete licensing after starting.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred.
• If not licensed, Property & Casualty licensing must be completed before day 1.
• Life & Health licensing required within established timeframe after starting.
• Experience in insurance industry or State Farm agency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for existing customers.
• Assist with policy questions, billing inquiries, policy changes, renewals, and account updates.
• Help customers understand their coverage and available options.
• Provide professional support during claims-related questions and follow-up.
• Proactively follow up with customers regarding outstanding account needs.
• Conduct policy reviews and help identify potential coverage gaps.
• Build strong customer relationships that support retention and referrals.
• Identify opportunities to discuss additional products or coverage.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and account activity.

Jeff Sawyer State Farm is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our high-performing agency. We are looking for someone who takes pride in helping customers, solving problems, and creating an exceptional experience with every interaction.

Our ideal candidate is already fully licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health and has previous insurance industry or State Farm agency experience. However, we will consider a strong customer service professional who is willing and able to complete the required licensing.

This is an in-office position and is primarily focused on customer service, retention, relationship management, and supporting the needs of our existing customers.

Licensing Requirements

Fully licensed candidates are strongly preferred.

• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred.
• If not currently licensed, Property & Casualty licensing must be successfully completed prior to your Day 1 start date.
• Life & Health licensing will be required within an established timeframe after starting.
• We provide guidance and support throughout the licensing process.
