Job summary

Seth Walizer State Farm in Wyomissing, PA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team. This role focuses on delivering outstanding service to customers, handling policy questions, and supporting policy changes and renewals.

You will also guide customers through the claims process and identify opportunities for needs-based in-book sales. The position emphasizes professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first mindset, with licensing support and ongoing development

Seth Walizer State Farm is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our high-performing agency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping people, solving problems, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

While this is primarily a service-oriented role, we're looking for someone who understands that outstanding service naturally leads to stronger customer relationships. You'll have opportunities to conduct policy reviews and confidently transition service conversations into needs-based in-book sales when appropriate.

Licensing Requirements

This is a licensing-contingent position.

• Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date.
• Pennsylvania Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• We provide full licensing support, study materials, coaching, and guidance throughout the licensing process.
