Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)

This position is contingent upon obtaining required insurance licenses.

• Candidates must be fully licensed or willing to obtain licensing with agency support
• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start
• Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of your start date
• Full guidance, study support, and resources provided throughout the licensing process

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling policy needs, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience. • Collaborate with team members to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
• Ensure compliance with agency standards and regulatory requirements
