Qualifications

Ryan Williams State Farm is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Bilingual Spanish Service and Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and identifying insurance products that meet customers’ needs.

Position Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide service to existing policyholders and help resolve routine questions or concerns.
