What You'll Do

As aVirtual Client Relations Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients while helping them understand insurance and supplemental benefit options.

Client Relations & Customer Service

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
• Welcome and guide new clients through the enrollment process
• Listen to client needs, priorities, and financial protection goals
• Answer questions clearly, accurately, and professionally

• Assist existing clients with applicable policy reviews and beneficiary updates
