Role Responsibilities
  • Provide inbound customer support in the customer's preferred language using a call flow guide
  • Assist customers with basic technical issues
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Recommend additional products and services
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude
Qualifications
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Open availability
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Quiet, distraction-free home environment
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Strong computer navigation skills
  • Own a desktop or laptop for testing; company-provided equipment may be available
  • High-speed internet (no wireless hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
  • Reside in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address
