LaSalle Network has partnered with a national grocery store company to add remote Customer Service Representatives to their growing team. While this role is remote, you will need to be located in the Carlisle, PA area. This is a full-time, open-ended temporary position with a pay rate of $15/hour.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls daily regarding grocery delivery services. Your duties may include answering questions about missing or expired items, and general in-store inquiries such as product availability or restock times.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Handle customer complaints
• Perform data entry
