Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a customer-focused associate in Houston to assist customers with U-Haul products and services. You will use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, move and hook up trucks, and perform equipment inspections.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, driving a forklift, installing hitches, filling propane, and ensuring safety on the lot. Ongoing education through U-Haul University is provided, with room for growth.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship
• Ability to move equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs., assisted or unassisted
• Ability to work around moving parts or machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals
• Spanish bilingual capability indicated by the job title
