Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a capable team member at our Memphis area center to assist customers with products and services. You will use U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory, move and hook up trucks, and ensure equipment is clean and inspected.

Responsibilities include driving a forklift, installing hitches, filling propane, and preparing invoices, with ongoing U-Haul training and safety compliance. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual in Spanish is ideal.
• Ability to lift/move at least 50 lbs. with or without assistance.

Requirements

• Ideal candidates would be bilingual in Spanish
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work around moving parts or machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals, using protective clothing or gear when required
• Ability to remain stationary for long periods and move around indoors and outdoors
• Ability to reach objects at varying heights
• Ability to move equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs., assisted or unassisted
