Velocitii is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives in the United States, with openings in Arizona, Florida, or Texas. The role offers a competitive pay rate of $16.00–$17.50 per hour, paid training, and growth opportunities through annual bonuses and merit raises.

Formación

• 6+ months in a call-center environment.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Experience in a virtual desktop environment.
• Distraction-free remote workspace.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of health insurance experience.
• Knowledge of medical/dental terminology or claims processing.
• Participate in virtual interviews using a computer with a working camera.
