Job summary

Velocitii is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives who want to help others and make an impact. The role offers $16.00-17.50/hour with paid training, performance-based raises, and annual bonuses. Coverage includes employee, spouse/partner, and children.

Health and life insurance and 401(k) start after hire. You will answer incoming calls, meet performance goals, and work a Monday–Friday schedule 8:30–9:30 AM EST with no weekends.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a call-center experience.
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
• Experience in a virtual desktop environment
• Distraction-free remote workspace
• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of health insurance experience
• Knowledge of medical/dental terminology or claims processing
• Participate in virtual interviews using a computer with a working camera
