Velocitii is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about helping others and making a real impact. Pay is $16.00-$17.50/hour with paid training and remote work from home.

Annual bonuses and merit raises are available, with healthcare, life insurance, and a 401(k) kicking in the first of the month after hire. After 90 days, enjoy paid holidays and PTO accrual, plus company-provided equipment for success.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of call-center experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience in a virtual desktop environment.
• Ability to work a remote, distraction-free workspace.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with life insurance or financial services.
• Knowledge of medical or dental terminology or claims processing.
• Must participate in virtual interviews with a webcam.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming and place outbound calls from members and agents with professionalism, empathy, and care.
• Assist with policy-related requests, account updates, beneficiary changes, payment options, loans, claims, and other certificate inquiries.
• Interpret policy provisions, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure requests are handled correctly and within required timeframes.
• Stay up to date on products, member benefits, policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Meet quality and productivity goals while delivering an exceptional member experience.
• End your day knowing you've helped members make informed decisions, provided peace of mind, and delivered support when it matters most.

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
• Experience in a virtual desktop environment

• Previous experience supporting life insurance, annuity, or other financial service products
• Knowledge of medical/dental terminology or claims processing
• Participate in virtual interviews using a computer with a working camera
