Allegis Global Solutions in Plano, TX, is seeking a highly experienced operations support professional for a contract role with Samsung through AGS. You will compile and distribute critical reports, monitor field service performance, and support cross-functional teams across Sales, Support, Parts, Repair, and Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Compile and distribute scheduled and ad hoc reports to direct management using ERP/SAP and other data resources.
• Monitor and communicate performance levels for field service repair organizations.
• Support internal partners (Sales, Contact Centers, Parts, Repair, Product Management) in resolving issues and opportunities.
• Approve the referral of unresolved grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented operations support professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for compiling and distributing critical reports, monitoring field service performance, and providing operational support to repair organizations. You will serve as a key liaison between internal partners — including Sales, Contact Centers, Parts, Repair, and Product Management — helping to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Compile and distribute scheduled and ad hoc reports to direct management using all available data resources, including company ERP systems.
• Monitor and communicate performance levels while providing operational support for assigned field service repair organizations.
• Support internal partners including Sales, Contact Centers, Parts, Repair, and Product Management in resolving or advising on complex issues and opportunities.
• Approve the referral of unresolved grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by direct management or as required during the course of job performance.

Skills

Experience

8+ years of experience in customer service, repair services operational support, or warranty claims.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Pay Range*: $27-$31
• Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
• Job Status: Non-Exempt
