Job summary

Samsung Semiconductor in San Jose, CA is seeking a Sales Specialist to manage orders, verify pricing, and coordinate with Logistics to ensure timely shipments. You will support Sales Representatives and customers, process ARAs, and generate invoices.

The role requires a BA degree, proficiency in Excel and Outlook, and strong problem solving. On-site work, monthly end on-call shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package accompany the opportunity.

What You'll Do

The Sales Specialist is responsible for tracking and managing orders, verifying pricing, working with Logistics. Monitor accounts receivable, process RMA's, sample requests and create invoices for certain accounts as needed and resolve issues.

Location: Daily onsite presence at our San Jose, CA i n alignment with our Flexible Work policy

Reports to: Manager, Sales Administration

Support Sales Representatives, HQ and customers-answer questions, resolve issues.

Track and manage product owed to customers, including expediting orders, verifying pricing, working with warehouse to ensure product is shipped quickly and efficiently to customers.

Monitor accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customers and Samsung's credit department.

Aggregate customer and sales forecast; enter data into the Demand Planning system

Monitor and process all RMA requests and discrepant returns.

Manage sample requests.

Create, enter and invoice customer orders through SAP

Prepare and provide reports to management

Hourly Base Pay Rate $72,000 - $92,000 USD
