Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Contract SCM Analyst to partner with headquarters operations to align forecasted demand with sales and marketing objectives. The position oversees demand forecasting, KPI reporting, and ad hoc analysis, requiring 1–3 years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and SAP experience preferred.

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Samsung through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions (AGS). If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Samsung.

Summary

• Responsible for product availability by collaborating with HQ Global Operation Center to meet forecasted demand aligned with Sales and Product Marketing objectives
• Generate reports and maintain clear visibility on inventory status to ensure alignment with company’s inventory policy and targets
• Validate data accuracy and collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to identify supply risks, create awareness, and develop recovery plans
• Represent the SCM team in internal and external engagements, including customer-facing interactions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SCM processes and operational efficiency

Duties and Responsibilities

• Purchase / Sales / Inventory Management
• Demand Forecasting & Analysis
• Order Management & Fulfillment Tracking
• Attend and actively contribute to meetings with internal and external counterparts
• KPI Management & Performance Reporting
• Run ad hoc reports and provide data-driven insights
• Monitor and manage EOH (Ending on Hand) and WOS (Weeks of Supply) targets
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Required Knowledge, Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics
• MBA or MS degree a plus
• 1 to 3 years of work experience in related field
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Office Suite
• SAP experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong background in mathematics, Excel functions and logical thinking
• Must be comfortable presenting and building consensus with counterparts and customers
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural business environment
• Must be available to consistently work overtime and on holidays when necessary
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus

• Pay Range*: $20 - $22 per hour
• Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
• Job Status: Non-Exempt
