Job summary

You will compile and distribute critical reports, monitor field service performance, and support cross-functional teams across Sales, Support, Parts, Repair, and Product Management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customer service, repair services operational support, or warranty claims.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Contract role lasting 12 months; standard 40-hour weeks.

Responsibilities

• Compile and distribute scheduled and ad hoc reports to direct management using ERP/SAP and other data resources.
• Monitor and communicate performance levels for field service repair organizations.
• Support internal partners (Sales, Contact Centers, Parts, Repair, Product Management) in resolving issues and opportunities.
• Approve the referral of unresolved grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
