Job summary

Samsung Semiconductor seeks a Sales Administration professional for our San Jose, CA location. You will support Sales Representatives, HQ and customers, handle order processing, pricing verification, and shipments, while coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a BA degree, are proficient with Excel and Outlook, and can manage accounts receivable, RMA requests, and sample coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Representatives, HQ and customers; answer questions and resolve issues
• Track and manage product owed to customers; expedite orders and verify pricing
• Coordinate with warehouse to ship products quickly and efficiently
• Monitor accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customers and Samsung’s credit department
• Aggregate customer and sales forecast; enter data into the Demand Planning system
• Monitor and process all RMA requests and discrepant returns
• Manage sample requests; create and invoice customer orders through SAP
• Prepare and provide reports to management

What You’ll Do

Location: Daily onsite presence at our San Jose, CA in alignment with our Flexible Work policy

Reports to: Manager, Sales Administration

• Support Sales Representatives, HQ and customers-answer questions, resolve issues.
• Track and manage product owed to customers, including expediting orders, verifying pricing, working with warehouse to ensure product is shipped quickly and efficiently to customers.
• Monitor accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customers and Samsung’s credit department.
• Aggregate customer and sales forecast; enter data into the Demand Planning system
• Monitor and process all RMA requests and discrepant returns.
• Manage sample requests.
• Create, enter and invoice customer orders through SAP
• Prepare and provide reports to management

What We Offer

Hourly Base Pay Rate

$72,000—$92,000 USD

The pay range below is for all roles at this level across all US locations and functions. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
