Wilbur-Ellis, a 100-year-old Ag leader, is hiring a Customer & Business Solutions Representative II at our Oregon location. You will handle customer service, product selection, order processing, and inventory management in a fast-paced branch.

You’ll assist with electronic order entry in JD Edwards and collaborate with Sales and Operations to maintain inventory, supporting monthly counts and routine admin tasks while learning the ERP system.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to learn JD Edwards ERP (training provided).
• Ability to apply basic math concepts accurately.
• Mobility to move across indoor/outdoor environments safely.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electronic order entry and processing using JD Edwards ERP.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate manner.
• Submit and code bills and invoices to AP for payment.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations to maintain inventory levels.
• Support monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Provide pricing support and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Prepare reports under supervisor guidance.
• Assist team with administrative tasks.

Role Overview

A Customer & Business Solutions Representative II works in all aspects of customer service including product selection, order processing, and inventory management. This role may also involve helping in the warehouse—from stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries, operating a forklift, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and supporting general branch needs.

A Sample of What You’ll Do in this Role

• Assist with electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner
• Submit and code bills and invoices to the AP department for payment
• Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs
• Assist with monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory
• Support the Sales Team with accurate customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns
• Prepare reports under manager’s supervision
• Aid team members in administrative tasks

Your Digital & Technology Capabilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn and effectively utilize business systems such as JD Edwards ERP
• Comfort using digital collaboration and communication tools, including Microsoft Teams, to support customer service and cross-functional teamwork
• Ability to leverage data, reporting tools, and AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making

What You Bring to the Role

• 2+ years of experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to learn JD Edwards (training will be provided)
• The ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios
• Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation and Benefits

The base compensation for this position ranges from $20.34 to $27.13 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience. This position is eligible for vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, retirement plans, and other benefits.
