IU Health Brownsburg Urgent Care is seeking a customer service professional to deliver compassionate, efficient support to patients and callers. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, document information, process service requests, and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 0–3 years of experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills. A fast-paced environment and a team-focused mindset are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Responds to patient/customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate with other departments for issue resolutions as necessary.
• Accurately gathers and documents patient/customer information and interactions for database recording and scheduling.
• Processes orders, exchanges, and other service requests.
• Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude in all patient/customer interactions.

SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday 7:45am-8:15pm (10/12-hour shifts)

Saturday & Sunday 7:45am-6:15pm

travel to Avon location; as needed

Must work 36 hours per week; holidays and weekends

Training:

Week 1: Tuesday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Week 2:Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm
