Job summary

IU Health is seeking a patient service representative for Southside Urgent Care in Indiana to respond to patient inquiries by phone and email and to guide them to the right service and appointment options, recording information accurately.

The role requires determining the best method for issue resolution, processing orders and service requests, collaborating with other departments to resolve problems, and maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor during all patient interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment.

SCHEDULE

7:30am-8pm; 3-12 hour shifts

WORK LOCATION

Sunday/Tuesday/Friday at Southside Urgent Care

**Must be available to work at Westside Urgent Care if needed

**Holiday rotation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responds to patient/customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
