IU Health Greenwood Urgent Care in Greenwood, IN is seeking a patient-focused team member to handle inquiries by phone and email and to support scheduling and routine service requests.

The role requires a HS diploma, up to 3 years' experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong time management is essential in our fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Responds to patient inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Determines the best method for problem resolution of basic issues per guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments for issue resolutions as necessary.
• Accurately gathers and documents patient information and interactions for scheduling.
• Processes orders, exchanges, and other service requests.
• Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude in all patient interactions.

SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday 7:45am-8:15pm (10/12 hour shifts)

Saturday & Sunday 7:45am-6:15pm

Holiday availability required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responds to patient/customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Determines the best method for problem resolution of basic issues, meeting patient/customer needs and organizational guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments for issue resolutions as necessary.
• Accurately gathers and documents patient/customer information and interactions for database recording and scheduling.
• Processes orders, exchanges, and other service requests.
• Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude in all patient/customer interactions.
