Responsibilities

• Responds to patient/customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate with other departments for issue resolutions as necessary.
• Accurately gathers and documents patient/customer information and interactions for database recording and scheduling.
• Processes orders, exchanges, and other service requests.
• Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude in all patient/customer interactions.

SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday 7:45am-8:15pm (10/12-hour shifts)

Saturday & Sunday 7:45am-6:15pm

• travel to Avon location; as needed
• Must work 36 hours per week; holidays and weekends

Training

• Week 1: Tuesday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
• Week 2: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm
