Job summary

Us Med-Equip in Maryland is hiring a Customer Service Representative who will partner with operations and the sales team to ensure timely delivery of life-saving medical equipment to hospital partners. The role emphasizes professional customer service, safe driving, and accurate shipment handling.

You will load and secure equipment, coordinate with the sales team, and support branch warehouse operations. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required, with the ability to lift 75

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment to healthcare facilities.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Assist service, ship, and receive equipment at the branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts.
• Maintain a neat appearance and wear a company uniform.
• Follow the operations process and quality management standards.
• Coordinate daily with local sales and teams on orders and deliveries.
• Participate in business planning and professional development.
• All other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Carefully load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their patient and equipment needs
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform
• Adhere to the operations process, including quality management system standards
• Coordinate daily with local sales representative and other company team members on equipment orders and delivery, planning and support to healthcare partners
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Preferred Education

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record for the past 3 years

Skills & Abilities

• Ability to provide excellent customer service to professionals in the healthcare industry
• Ability to use our company portal daily to manage equipment maintenance orders and deliveries
• Ability to work multiple shifts, including on-call as needed
• Able to read and write in English and perform math calculations
• Able to work unsupervised
• Excellent communication skills
• Lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 150 lbs
