Job summary

US Med-Equip in Englewood, Colorado, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support hospital partners with equipment orders and service needs. You will work with operations and sales to deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely equipment delivery.

The role involves loading and transporting equipment, maintaining company vehicles, and coordinating with the sales team. Excellent communication and a valid DOT/physical may be required by the role.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for past 3 years.
• Able to read and write in English and perform math calculations.
• Lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Carefully load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their patient and equipment needs.
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform.
• Adhere to the operations process, including quality management system standards.
• Coordinate daily with local sales representative and other company team members on equipment orders and delivery, planning and support to healthcare partners.
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions.
• All other duties as assigned.
