Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume incoming calls, serving as a friendly and knowledgeable resource to resolve patient concerns and complaints.
• Accurately enter new patient information into our Condor system—including demographics, diagnosis, physician details, product needs, and insurance data.
• Obtain written orders from physicians, verify insurance coverage, and generate accurate orders.
• Make outbound calls to keep patients and referral sources updated on their order status.

The Role:

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients, helping them navigate their orders, resolving their concerns, and ensuring they receive the highest level of care.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Location
