Job summary

Binson’s is seeking a dedicated technician to assess and repair customer-owned durable medical equipment in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

You will inspect, test, and repair devices, ensure cleaning and disinfection standards are met, and document work thoroughly while collaborating with colleagues across shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and prepare customer-owned durable medical equipment for repairs, routine maintenance, and thorough cleaning.

• Execute repairs safely and effectively by following established guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all equipment cleaned and repaired in Work Orders and internal systems.

The Role:

In this role, you will be the go-to expert for assessing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring our customers' medical devices are functioning safely and effectively. Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of proper cleaning and disinfection protocols, with a meticulous approach to maintaining safe, sterile, and hygienic equipment.
• Working knowledge of diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, as well as a solid understanding of how to use various tools and equipment.
• High standard of quality control to ensure no equipment leaves the testing area without meeting strict accreditation guidelines.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assess and prepare customer-owned durable medical equipment for necessary repairs, routine maintenance, and thorough cleaning.
• Actively test and troubleshoot equipment to identify mechanical or functional issues.
• Execute repairs safely and effectively by strictly following established repair guidelines and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all equipment cleaned and repaired, utilizing both physical Work Orders and our internal computer systems
