TEWS is seeking a CONTRACT-OPPORTUNITY for a Customer Service Representative in its COLLECTIONS department. The role focuses on managing accounts receivable, proactively contacting customers on overdue invoices, and resolving discrepancies with cross-department collaboration.

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances for your assigned accounts.
• Proactively initiate outbound calls to follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Resolve discrepancies and invoice issues by collaborating across departments.
• Research and respond promptly to customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Document all collection efforts and maintain updated account records.
