Automated Health Systems is hiring a Customer Service Representative. The role is remote, but you will be required to pick up in Tallahassee, FL. Training is full-time, 8:30-5pm, for 5 weeks.

After training, the schedule is part-time, 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Wednesday. The position focuses on assisting individuals with benefits information, delivering accurate responses, and upholding quality customer service. Medicaid knowledge is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center environment.
• Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
• Strong PC proficiency required.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
